OnQ helps you spend less time in waiting rooms. Check live queues at participating businesses nearby, join from your phone and keep your place while you carry on with your day.

FOR CUSTOMERS

• See how many people are waiting and the current estimated wait
• Sort participating businesses by live wait or distance
• Join with your first name and verified phone number — no account required
• Follow your live queue position and estimated time
• Receive near-turn and arrival confirmation alerts
• Tell the business whether you are on your way
• Save favourites and revisit regular businesses quickly
• Leave ratings and comments only after a completed visit

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

OnQ also includes a focused business portal. Approved owners and staff can run one honest queue for app joins and walk-ins, call the next customer, start and complete services, extend the current visit, handle no-shows, pause the queue and keep customers updated in real time.

Businesses can register from the app, confirm their map pin and manage their public profile, opening information and photos after approval.

WHY ONQ
