## What is OnScale?

OnScale is a mobile-first app for combat-sport athletes who want one clean place for the numbers that matter: body weight, nutrition, hydration, and training.

Built for MMA, boxing, wrestling, BJJ, and Muay Thai, OnScale helps you log your camp day by day and follow the trend—not just today’s number.

WEIGHT & WEIGH-INS
Log body weight, set weigh-in goals, and track progress on interactive charts. See projected weigh-in weight and cut pace so you stay informed.

FOOD & MACROS
Log meals manually, search a food database, scan barcodes, or snap a photo of your meal. Every scan is an estimate you review before saving.

HYDRATION
Track drinks throughout the day—manually or with a photo scan. Daily goals and quick-add buttons keep hydration visible alongside your nutrition.

TRAINING & CHECK-INS
Record workouts and daily check-ins alongside your logs. Your dashboard brings weight, food, hydration, and training into one picture.

WEIGH-IN PLAN
Countdown to weigh-in, camp timeline, pace indicators, and a replenishment checklist—built for the rhythm of fight prep.

PREMIUM
Unlock meal and drink photo scans, barcode scanning, full log history, trend insights, and finished goal history. Manual logging works without the camera.

DESIGNED FOR DAILY USE
Clean, monochrome layout built for daily use. No extreme cutting instructions. OnScale is an educational tracking tool—not medical advice. Work with your coach and a qualified clinician for weight cuts and competition prep.
