## What is Onsett?

Onsett is a quiet, precise record of how your ADHD medication actually works.

Starting or adjusting a stimulant takes weeks of trial and error. Most people try to hold it all in their head, or scribble it in Notes, and then sit in front of their prescriber with a vague "I think mornings were better." Onsett replaces that with something you actually collected.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log the dose
Time and amount, two taps. Immediate release, extended release or non-stimulant.

2. Check in while it is fresh
Mark where you are right now — not yet, ramping up, peak, fading, worn off — and rate your focus from 1 to 5.

3. Close the day
Sleep, appetite, mood and side effects in about ten seconds.

- A daily curve with every dose and every check-in on one timeline
- How long a dose takes to kick in, and how long it lasts
- Average focus at each dose level, side by side
- A titration ladder: hold a level, mark it too low, works or too high, then move on

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings under your Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
