Felt embarrassing while others were waiting for their turn. despite trying to log out and log back in, restating phone several times nothing worked. When contacted their customer service about refund, they came up with internet connection as a possible fault. Silly excuse While I managed to log back in several time and can purchased voucher on their app and with full internet connection. ### 2/5 — Fatal Bug *2025-03-08, version 3.1.342* I have tried registering and resetting password, but I never get an email response back. Even more disturbing it says that my primary and backup email address is invalid - even though I have used them for over 5 years. This is a fatal bug in their implementation of the app. ### 2/5 — Satisfactory App, but unsatisfactory Service *2024-12-11, version 3.1.331* Bought a £50.- Aldi Voucher twice, no issue with the first purchase, but the 2nd one was only loaded with £30.- . When I complaint there was no easy way to check and resolve this, so it was dropped. I could pay using American Express on the app with Apple Pay.
