It’s honestly one of the best apps/platforms I have used. If you have an error uploading data it tells you exactly what is wrong and where which is a brilliant tool. We discovered a minor bug and highlighted it to the customer service, 3 days later they solved the issue and had an update approved for roll out which fixed our issue, if this isn’t amazingly great service I don’t know what is. The ordering app that our Account Manager’s use is very easy and has honestly cut back on errors as there is no more tying out orders. It’s all done by a touch screen and automatically sent to our accounting software.
