They both work really well and the iPad app really is great. This app does the same thing, but the device itself is just too small. We use the iPad (an IT person's dream hardware by the way) and iPhone versions to sync our mobile users (contractors, finance, management) to our ConstructionOnline cloud, and couldn't be happier with the results. We tried using Dropbox and box.net, but porting all our files constantly from COL and back was a huge pain, and not timely. Planroom solves this issue for us seamlessly.
