Removed and re-added again but no use. Robo vacuum is showing as online in the app but when u touch it nothing is happening. Please restore old version. Finally able to work this robo vacuum with tuya smart app. Select small home appliances—> robo vacuum with wifi. Make sure to setup in ap mode not in EZ mode. ### 1/5 — ONSON J30 good...app is terrible *2021-03-30, version 2.0.0* The bot seems to work well but after the latest update, I can’t select it from the home screen. It’s there but tapping the icon doesn’t do anything. This m and you can’t use the app. Surprisingly my Android phone will still command it but as before, it will only start/stop/home and no mapping is visible. The android phone got its link by my iPhone sharing it. So... now the iPhone doesn’t work at all and the android phone works minimally. The new 2.0 version shows the vacuum on the home screen but the Online button is unresponsive. Then they updated the app and it no longer works. I tried using another app but I can’t get the vacuum to reset. ### 1/5 — TuyaSmart works! *2021-04-01, version 2.0.0* We got the vacuum working on TuyaSmart app! Before pairing the vacuum with TuyaSmart app, make sure your phone is on a 2.4 gHz network. Devices will not connect on 5 gHz network. Download TuyaSmart app & select the Wi-Fi robot vacuum from the listed option. Make sure your vacuum is in discovery mode. After the pairing, select the Smart.. network from your phones Wi-Fi setting & complete the process. I would have appreciated if Onson would have provided this guidance on how to migrate over to TuyaSmart.. The only command available with Alexa is for the sweeper to start. I purchased the Onson Robot J30 Pro last week and it was working perfectly until the app update 2 days ago. The vacuum works without the app but it is very limited since it doesn’t come with remote control. Unfortunately the only way to schedule it is through the app. I’m going to wait one more week to see if a new update happens otherwise I will return it. My wife is complaning about it the freaking whole entre day. Thanks for that 👍🏻. Probably iRobot or Shark brands might be a better option because they are already established in the market. Its was working fine with the previous version of the app, but with this new update it won't connect to it. Deleted the device and reconnected to it two times. The vacuum will be added on the home page, but I can't click on it. Please fix this bug or push the previous version, which was at least working.
