Features that were working suddenly stop, and you’re forced to keep using tokens to try and fix issues that aren’t your fault. This ends up costing money very quickly with little progress. It’s a great concept, but right now it’s not reliable enough to build anything serious on. If someone can help please reach out I have emailed ### 2/5 — Started ok,ended horrible *2026-02-08, version 1.7.3* At the start I made my first working app but I didn’t publish it. After a bit,I ran into a problem. So I was trying to make an app but it wouldn’t let me. I thought maybe I took up too much space so I deleted the other two apps I made. But then I found out what it really was! So basically,you have these coins. Anytime you make an app you us them up. Once you’ve used all of them,you have to get a subscription to make the apps! And if you’re wondering,no! I didn’t get the subscription. Developer note— If you want to make a successful app,don’t make people pay just to use the app. If you’re a developer,you read this,and you did this,then you’re just asking for bad reviews. PS-Igave this two stars because the apps I made worked ### 2/5 — Customer service is non existent *2025-12-13, version 1.5.0* I downloaded this app to make something for my business. I have been over charged upon asking to fix an existing issue over and over wasting credits contacting support no answer and issues still there. For simple apps sure it’s ok not worth the monthly fee. If you have an issue customer support does not respond no matter how many times you email them. And the issues within the app doesn’t get fixed either. ### 2/5 — No Credit Tracking *2025-10-22, version 1.0.2* After using Base44 for a couple of months, I was actually - initially - impressed with how this app worked and the first app that I created, and I figured $36 for 12,000 credits was worth a try. However, I quickly realized there is NO WAY to track your credit usage (which concerned me immediately) and there was no documentation that explains how credits were charged. I even asked the app about how credits were charged, and IT told me OnSpace doesn’t use credits. I copy and pasted my plan, and it replied “my apologies, you’re right; we do use credits. I tried to go to support and the button didn’t even work; luckily the AI gave me the email address when I was asking about credit charges earlier. Anyway, I started working last night, MAYBE submitted around 30-50 prompts (definitely not more than 100) and MAYBE another 50 or so today before I got notice that I needed to purchase more credits! There’s no way I used anywhere close to 300 credits let alone 12,000 in one day! They must charge 60 credits per inquiry. The fact that it doesn’t actually do what I say , or the fact that I paid for 7500 worth of credits and they were used within 5 messages. Horrible. I hope the dev fixes both . I’m sure this app has potential. Something needs to be done about this app. Remove it from AppStore if this problems can’t be fixed. ### 1/5 — Horrível *2026-03-09* Horrível, app a gente coloca comando e o app cria o que quer, a gente tenta consertar mas o app mente que consertou eventuais bugs quando na verdade não consertou nada e o que consertou “misteriosamente” retorna ao tentar consertar outros bugs, além disso não há recarga de créditos diários, inicialmente aparentemente recarregam diariamente por uns 2 dias e depois não recarrega, forçando a gente assinar o plano por um app que “erra” só pra consumir os créditos sem entregar o lhe é mandado fazer, favor consertem isso no app e deixem recarga dias no modo free indefinidamente ### 1/5 — Bait and switch…sucks you in then sucks your credits dry. *2026-02-27, version 1.7.3* The AI initially appears to be capable and intelligent; however, as usage increases, code quality begins to decline, resulting in frequent issues and bugs. Each try costs a seemingly random amount of credits until you’re frustrated and faced with the choice to give up or buy more. Additionally, support seems to be unavailable; AI chat support offers limited assistance, no agents are accessible, and email inquiries remain unanswered. Also, according to their Terms of Service page, it appears they may own all the content you generate with their service. All 3 returned results, but only 1 returned a viable app. And that was onspace. Now it is creating a backend to finish the app while the other 2 sit and spin doing zilch. The other 2 are big players, OnSpace just whipped them. La plataforma consume una gran cantidad de créditos corrigiendo errores que ella misma genera. En lugar de avanzar con el desarrollo de la aplicación, terminas gastando créditos una y otra vez intentando solucionar problemas creados por la IA. El sistema debería diferenciar entre nuevas solicitudes y correcciones de errores generados por la propia plataforma. Cobrar por cada intento de reparación resulta injusto y hace que el servicio sea mucho más costoso de lo esperado. La idea de la plataforma es muy buena, pero mientras no mejoren la calidad del código generado y la forma en que manejan los créditos para las correcciones, es difícil recomendarla.
