Today, it hasn’t located my son in SIX days, my daughter in two, and now, apparently, my husband is stuck on a main street and has been for an hour. And they tell me I’ve been off grid for four. Why? All our permissions are granted! Got my keys locked inside the car and spent a million hours trying get it open in the blazing sun. I got the bright idea to call on star and she answered and had it unlocked in like a minute. She was calm cool and collected the whole time.
