Today, it hasn’t located my son in SIX days, my daughter in two, and now, apparently, my husband is stuck on a main street and has been for an hour. And they tell me I’ve been off grid for four. Why? All our permissions are granted! Help button does not work and gives me a blank screen several times. I’m using a new email so it couldn’t possibly be that I have a profile from a previous account. I live in AZ and it is so hot. Got my keys locked inside the car and spent a million hours trying get it open in the blazing sun.
