Onsurity Insurance is a fraud. They take customers’ money by collecting premiums, but when it’s time to make a hospitalization claim, they reject it and keep giving different reasons for denial. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying any insurance from Onsurity. Please do your research carefully before choosing them. Pleas post in all social media

Im not sure how 1.2 k reviews are good but on the ground zero their service is pathetic.  These reviews must be spam from their own company. I have been given my samples since 3 days and still no report given and infact no customer care. Bravo to this looting.

Actually very poor app where u cannot login to app were opt will not come and for every month billing cycle I need to ask them to generate the bill.  I m
Not sure how this guys will support on hospitalisation time and there is no proper support after writing many emails also no call back really while some one is emergency u cannot trust this company. And it will logout automatically every week again ask for login were otp itself won’t generate

It’s been a month since I filled a claim with onsurity. They have been asking the same set of documents again and again. I already submitted tons of reports and certificates, yet still they are clueless and demands more documents. I feel that I might have to provide my doctors medical license and medical degree certificate as well for further processing.

I have submitted the claim and after submitted all the documents which is mentioned by Onsurity team now insurance company is asking some hospital infrastructure photos and even registration details mentioned on it, not able to connect with Onsurity on their number as well as their email id, no one response on email plus on their mobile number it is complete ivr and no way to check with real person
