Since my last speed test shows download speeds in excess of 900mbs, so it can’t be the network. Google Maps opens with subsecond speed. Why do Ontarians have to suffer with poor software? We are told to use this app to determine if roads are open or closed. EVERY TIME I open the app, I have to select the layer which shows road closures, even when I minimize the app and restore it. I have to select that layer every time. Deleted the app and put it back on my phone, thought that if I created an account, things would work differently. In addition, the whole 511 service is pretty useless unless you are travelling within 30 minutes of the most recent report (usually around 6 am, 11 am, 3:30 pm and 7 or 9 pm).
