Call the ODC office to book instead! This app has so many bugs you’ll just be wasting your time and if you do manage to book something the medical office likely wont receive the booking.

This app at best doesn’t work, or possibly at worst, was designed to steal your private health information while it provides nothing in return. Everything goes smoothly enough while it collects your name, phone number, and what tests you need. Then when you try to book an appointment you find out that it doesn’t actually have access to any of the appointment availability data at any of the locations. Lastly, when it couldn’t find an appointment for me it gave me the wrong phone number to call for the location I wanted to have my appointment.

This app is rubbish, I made a booking through it at the Albin branch and the staff there said we have no record and we don't book through the app, and then had to book again over the phone.

Either this is the busiest mammography clinic in Ontario or this app does not work. Checked every weekday between tomorrow and August 15 ( at which point I gave up) and found nothing.

I would give this zero stars if I could… the app doesn’t work. Won’t let you select a time - it doesn’t even load! What a waste of time.

The time slots never appear after loading. I tried selecting around 15 different dates to make sure the issue wasn’t due to full appointments, but the app still fails to display any available time slots. It keeps loading endlessly, making it impossible to book an appointment.

Many times the app just keeps “loading” for a long time. Afterwards it gives you no options to select anything, then you have to close and restart the process. It’s nearly impossible to book an appointment.
