## What is OnTheBooks?

OnTheBooks is the all-in-one app for recurring home-service businesses — lawn care, pest control, pool service, cleaning, and more. Plan the day, route your crews, keep customers in the loop, and never lose track of a visit.

FOR OWNERS
- See the whole day's schedule at a glance, with live status on every crew.
- Optimize routes so nearby jobs stay grouped and drive time drops.
- Know when a crew is running behind before the customer calls to ask.
- Manage crews, adjust breaks and work hours, and reassign jobs on the fly.
- Reply to customer messages right from your pocket — the full conversation, saved in one place.

FOR CREWS
- A clean, tap-friendly schedule built for the field.
- Arrive and finish jobs with one tap; timing updates automatically.
- Attach before/after photos and private notes to every visit.
- Directions to the next stop in a tap.

FOR CUSTOMERS
- See upcoming and past service dates.
- Message your provider and get quick replies.
- Review the work and keep a history of every visit.

BUILT FOR RECURRING WORK
OnTheBooks learns how long jobs actually take at each address, factors in drive time and weather, and keeps the schedule realistic — so your day runs the way you planned it.

Plans scale from a single crew to a full operation. Some features (route optimization, weather intelligence, customer messaging) are available on higher tiers.
