Secondly, when you could swear on the life of your mother that you clocked out, you will get a call from your manager the next day saying you didn’t. I gained valuable exposure to airport operations, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Management encouraged growth and provided opportunities to learn multiple aspects of airline operations such as check-in, boarding, and assisting passengers with special needs. The job could be demanding during peak hours, but it helped me build strong communication and multitasking skills.
