Seems quite glitchy at the moment. ### 3/5 — Can’t filter *2025-10-17, version 2.4.1* Great app BUT can’t filter, I don’t want to see houses I can’t afford or aren’t relevant. Tried to get support, never happened. ### 2/5 — 🤷‍♂️ *2025-09-29, version 2.4.0* Don’t you just love an app that makes you sign in all over again every few weeks .. and won’t let you autofill the fields from passwords manager? No ‘dark mode’ either. Dazzling. Especially for looking through in these dark winter evenings after a long day at work, ### 3/5 — Good app, but *2025-09-08, version 2.3.7* Don’t use the free valuation option, if you do you will suddenly start getting multiple calls from random shone numbers marked as spam on who called me. ### 2/5 — Poor UI *2025-06-08, version 2.3.7* Compared to Rightmove this is a frustrating app. Having to manually select lists to save properties to is cumbersome and regularly see properties saved to the wrong list. The app resets if I’m viewing a property and then switch to another app which is annoying when trying to compare data from different apps. The photo gallery needs improvement being only able to swipe right starting from the first image rather than being able to view images in reverse and there’s no option to go full screen without going to the full gallery view first. Maps lack detail and street view often doesn’t load. ### 2/5 — Decent but doesn’t allow you to save favourites *2025-05-18, version 2.3.7* When I try to add favourites it just says something went wrong and doesn’t add the property. This needs sorting out ### 2/5 — Needs work for ipad *2025-04-16, version 2.3.6* If using this app on an iPad then clicking through from an email link produces a reduced size pop-up window which makes it much harder to read. This is likely to drive me away from this portal as, for me, it is almost unusable. Please amend to produce full size property details instead of tiny pop-up windows. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t include enough of what’s actually on the market *2025-02-15, version 2.3.3* The app is ok, but in comparison to Rightmove, this app includes 30% less of the properties that are for sale in my experience. This makes it bit redundant to use as an app to find properties that are on the market. ### 3/5 — Love it, hate it *2025-02-15, version 2.3.3* Useful, but some clunky UX where minor improvements would make a big difference. I have a love-hate relationship with the app. Some features I love, others are clunky (or missing). Shifting properties between lists is difficult for example. I have a ‘rejected’ list for when I’ve viewed a property, and to shift to this list isn’t straightforward. But I love the share with others feature because it means I can collaborate with a family member (in another country) and bring them on the journey with me. ### 2/5 — Another casualty of AI *2024-11-17, version 2.3.0* AI is so hot right now. That’s why everyone is in such a rush to add half baked automation features. Instead of wasting your dev’s time on that, you could have implemented working email notifications and an improved map. Well, Rightmove exists, and that’s a better option now. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Please make these updates! *2026-06-26, version 2.7.1* The app is great overall but there are two things that need fixing: 1) on iPhone you can’t click out of photos (selecting the x) unless you are in landscape view. 2) when you want to email the agent and include a message, the app always says the message includes special characters even when it doesn’t . At best, it’s well hidden; at worst I couldn’t use the site even if i wanted to. Take me to Right Move ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2025-07-14, version 2.3.7* For a while I was getting along with this app and have a lot of saved properties I’d like to recall. Not sure when it started but some while ago the app stopped displaying images - which is the whole point really. Just a grey space where any image should be showing. Have messaged about this on four occasions. This morning on the support link form Apple Store it came up with an error message so now can’t even let the developers know there is a problem. Hence this review. ### 1/5 — Hopeless and inaccessible *2025-06-28, version 2.3.7* The developers of this app appear to be blissfully unaware of VoiceOver… If you are blind, you will already be very aware of many apps which are totally inaccessible to VoiceOver, un-labelled buttons, rubbish navigation and a blatant demonstration that the developers are both hapless and hopeless. If you're blind, install Rightmove, this app Works beautifully with VoiceOver and there are no issues there with un-labelled buttons or setting filters.
