I completed 4 orders of snow removal during snowstorm conditions but was not paid. Wrote 3-4 emails but no response. You place a request and someone would pick it up overnight and your driveway would be cleared of snow. Now, nothing happens. But even more worrying, I had $50/- taken out of my credit card when I never used their service. Contacted support and absolutely no response after 48 hours. I just had my walk shoveled out again after the weekend blizzard great work!
