App developers, please address this issue. I can swipe to see the delete button, but there’s no response when button is pressed. ### 2/5 — Slow and now inaccurate *2026-05-04, version 10.8.6* If you need a quick look to check an arrival time so you can reserve an uber you may have to head elsewhere, not that there is anywhere to go, Metra’s train tracker is awful. Recently slow to load or not loading at all. But after an update last month, it has stopped working. I reupdated this month and it doesn’t doesn’t work. I can sign in for a train that I’m taking and it will often forget and then tell me I can “follow” the train since it doesn’t think I’m on it (previously, even if I forgot to sign in before getting on the train, it would recognize I was on the train and let me check in anyway). Also, whether I am “checked in” or following”, the app will now just show me the map with my starting and ending point and my blue dot. It used to show ETA at Union Station or my home destination and ETAs at the next stops. If there is a way to do this in the new app, I can’t find it. Please help and make it useful like it used to be! ### 1/5 — Upgrade is a downgrade *2024-07-20, version 10.8.1* Why in the world would you remove the feature that shows realtime ETAs for trains???? Heavens knows Metra is constantly delayed. But the app is unusable do to the color updates. The bright yellow on the mid-tone gray is unreadable. At one point this app would have up to date service alerts for delays and cancellations but that stopped months ago. I called the credit card company and they gave the business name of the scammer as ebookrd.com, which leads to a website that has a phone number which does not work.
