I do wish: I could view my route on a map and change the order of stops on my screen so i wouldn't have to use a 3rd party. Worked very well until I had to update. Before updating I had an issue with the access to photos page. I wish the app would go straight to the camera instead of the choice between camera and photo storage. Getting rid of the storage access would greatly streamline my process. I don’t see the purpose of it. Perhaps it has functionality for something but I would like it gone. PLEASE put a delete button on the “marked as delivered/collect signature page. Like the one on the order list page. This will seriously cut 10 minutes out of my day. My biggest gripe with the app Iin general is the App stored a bunch of “info” on my phone and there is no way to delete it from what I can tell on iOS. Maybe different on Android. Used the app for 5 months and it accumulated over 16 gigs of data on my phone and I didn’t even know it until I ran out of room taking photos and looked up what that hogging my memory! OnTime was! I had to delete and reinstall the app to get rid of all the data. The update, 1.9.3 is SUPER BUGGY! Every time I accidentally hit the scan button on the order page is shows access to the camera and the red line but nothing else! It is impossible to get out of the screen! I have to restart my phone and they re-log in and start all over. More time to my day! Also, about every 10 orders or so the app will crash after I take the 1st photo on an order. It gets confused. You can access the multiple screen on the app but it doesn’t matter because it’s frozen process wise. When I try to take a 2nd photo it tells me my camera can only do on function at a time and AGAIN and will not take a 2nd photo. I have to restart my phone, re-log in and start all over. More time to my day! This is such a pain because by this time I am back at my car and I have to walk back to the door and retake pictures. Uncomfortable because I don’t want to freak out the customer by coming back on their property and again, it adds more frustration and time to my route! If I could I would jump to another app but I can’t. So hopefully some one will hear me and fix all the bugs in 1.9.3. You’re killing me Smalls!!! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the 1.9.3 update also makes me close out the order twice before sending it. For instance, I am adding my notes to the deliver/collect page. I hit “marked as delivered” and it takes me back one page and I have to go back into the previous page, re-add my notes and then it will send. More time to my day!!
