Terrible customer service. I have no idea how they manage to secure contracts with businesses worldwide. I work for an Ecuadorian company and receive my payments through OnTop, but they’re always late. They claim the payment is on the way, yet it consistently arrives about a week late—essentially holding my money for no valid reason. On top of that, they mishandled my 1099 and then messed up my tax information.
