That QR code doesn't even open the app, it just opens the App Store page. So it can't do the only thing I need it for, which is required of me to use the website on my computer. ### 1/5 — Do NOT use this platform *2024-04-29* If your company is using this platform, you’ve been duped. Firstly, you need to pay to withdraw your funds. In the us, that’s anywhere between 2 dollars for ACH, and 6 dollars for wire. I just paid for a wire transfer (not knowing ach was an option, but still, wires are SUPPOSED TO BE FASTER) and I’ve been waiting 5 days it was supposed to have arrived 4 days ago. It still says “expected (4 days ago)”. No customer service response whatsoever, and when you look at reviews for this app, that isn’t uncommon at all. The fact you need to pay to withdraw is extortion in and of itself, but that I paid and still don’t have my money, with no updates at all, makes me think it’s gone. Terrible customer service. Doing basic edits to my profile like changing your mailing address requires a chat with a Service agent, and send them proof of what you are trying to do using unsecured methods. What a joke!!! ### 1/5 — Please Do Not Use This To Pay Your Employees *2025-09-04* It’s been an awful experience not receiving my paycheck on time and having it delayed, then reaching out to customer service and being told that their own website is wrong and I need to wait more time. It’s my paycheck, not an item I ordered through Amazon. The fees are high as well. Sadly, my employer doesn’t want to use another platform for some reason. ### 1/5 — The worst experience *2025-03-10* This company is an absolute disaster! I have no idea how they manage to secure contracts with businesses worldwide. I work for an Ecuadorian company and receive my payments through OnTop, but they’re always late. They claim the payment is on the way, yet it consistently arrives about a week late—essentially holding my money for no valid reason. On top of that, they mishandled my 1099 and then messed up my tax information. The whole operation is completely unreliable! ### 1/5 — Wish there were less than 1 stars *2025-02-26* App has major bug, it keeps you in loop of your face ID and sms confirmation and then they block you because you are considered fraud :) ### 1/5 — Extortion *2024-11-01* I had to use on top because I was getting paid by a company in Brazil. A year after I stopped using it they emailed me telling me they were gonna start charging me a monthly inactive account fee. I tried logging in on my phone to cancel the account which I couldn’t do because I had to scan something on the app which I no longer had on my phone. I then tried customer support who wanted me to go though an id verification process. They just make it basically impossible to actually cancel your account so that they can extort you for the monthly fee. Do not use this app for this product unless you absolutely have to. And cancel your account immediately after (if you can). ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-09-20* Please someone fix the login issue. I’m getting a notification token error. ### 1/5 — La peor app por lejos *2024-09-17* Es una supuesta financiera e imagino que la solución es única para el empleador! Busco un empleo y lo primero que pregunto es: como pagas? Porque si es con esta app, no quiero saber nada, las comisiones altísimas. Te venden por 20$ una tarjeta que no trae código para usar/comprar, ósea que no la puedes añadir a tu wallet por ejemplo. No puedes usarla como contacto less, no sirve para sacar dinero porque es en pesos y no favorece la conversión, tampoco la compra con tarjeta física porque cuando vas a ver la comisión es altísima. Se supone que esta es una solución? Es un desastre y me genera mucha molestia adivinar como voy a disponer de mi dinero sin que “pierda” tanto. La peor app por lejos. Y encima no hay donde reclamar porque help center tampoco ayuda ni mejora en nada. Pesimo servicio, pésima app, prefiero mil veces trabajar para allá Argentina que pagan mejor, te dan beneficios que irme por una empresa en el extranjero que encima te paga por acá que no sirve para el trabajador! Es un problema más que una solución. ### 1/5 — Worst cx and app *2024-08-21* It’s incredible that you have to pay to withdraw money, and yet when you try to log in to your account, the app doesn’t let you in despite following all the steps. Customer service says it will take 24 hours to get a response. This is just nonsense.
