It is a growing city with new streets and houses. ### 2/5 — SO MANY BAD ADDRESSES *2026-01-12, version 2.1.3* This app is worse than the earliest versions of Uber Eats or postmates. Today in 2026 I am STILL getting bad addresses. There is no work around to fix where the address is supposed to go. I try to create my route manually everyday. If there are two houses that are one number off, the app with only give you one address to sequence. So when you go to finalize your route, it says you are missing a stop but won’t show the second house or its stop. This FORCES me to auto optimize my route which is THE WORST OPTIMIZATION IVE EVER SEEN for a delivery app. The back and forth to opposite sides of a neighborhood is so frustrating. Let’s say you want to zoom in on the map-NOPE the app hates it when you move it around. I WANT THE MAP TO STAY 2D AND NOT MOVE AT ALL. NOPE NOT ALLOWED. As soon as your cell services loses a bar from 4->3 the app freaks out and basic functions stop working. The barcode scanner is sooooooo temperamental. I can code a better barcode scanner in my bedroom. The border area on the scanner overlay, is purely just an overlay. If your camera can see any barcodes outside of the border, it will still try to scan those instead. Why do I have to hold my phone so perfectly and in perfect lighting conditions to scan a simple barcode? I have an iPhone 15 pro max in 2026. How hard is it to scan a barcode?!?! Why can’t OnTrac just hire a WebDev or an AppDev to make some tweaks to the app?!?! HIRE ME FOR TWO WEEKS AND IT’LL BE PERFECT. Temped to do it for free because of how simple and stupid this app’s issues are. Really feels like OnTrac doesn’t have any IT people working on this app. I feel ignored and this app has not had ANY improvements for too long. I would love if management would do something about this. I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HATES THIS APP. ### 1/5 — Update *2025-10-20, version 2.1.3* Stupid app keeps refreshing every second and zooms out ### 1/5 — Need IA *2025-10-17, version 2.1.3* The app would work so much better if they added AI so that the GPS auto-guidance could use it to create a smarter and faster route than what you could make yourself. Also, the automatic flash shouldn’t be on by default — it should be off and only turn on when needed. That feature wastes a lot of time, because no matter what phone you have — in my case, an iPhone 15 Pro Max — it lags a bit when taking a photo. ### 1/5 — Flashlight at night *2025-10-17, version 2.1.3* Flashlight should remain on like it used to be on the old app. When delivering at night while you scan the barcode — it should stay on until you snap a photo of final delivery. On multiple occasions I have completed my route and gotten to the all done screen on the manifest tab only to have the RSP reach out to me to tell me I have unreported events. Just found a package, not for us, covered in the snow in our shrubs. And have a video from our cameras of this TERRIBLE AND LAZY OnTrac Delivery guy walking through my yard, not even parked in our driveway putting someone’s package in our shrubs. I mean just google this company. They hire IDIOTS. For example, it would great if I can use my tablet for GPS purposes and my phone to complete deliveries. Or have a way drivers can report wrong / bad addresses or streets that are not actually streets. I have several streets and an apartment on my route with a closed gate but the map always tries to take me through it and it's one that messes the flow of the route (don't even get me started on newer housing developments). Instead of having to remember and accommodate, need a way to report it so a driver new to the route does not go that way. ### 4/5 — Better than the Old app need minor fixes *2024-07-17* Love the app and a huge improvement from the old one. A few minor fixes and concerns would make it amazing: 1. Add an option for a top-down view of the map when navigating. The slanted view makes it hard to see which house your stop is. 2. Multiple packages for different apartment numbers should be made as separate stops. Ex: Apt 101 and Apt 201 should be made separate stops. This helps with organization, loading and locating packages 3. Add an option to use the app as a just a scanner without navigation. Some drivers memorize their route and don’t use navigation so streamlining that would be good for them. 4. Don’t show where the package is from when scanning. We shouldn’t know that a package is from Nike, Nordstrom or whatever 5. Stops close to eachother are sometimes combined into one stops. Makes it confusing and can lead to miss deliveries I look forward to the changes. ### 3/5 — Cannot update bad addresses *2026-07-15, version 2.1.7* Addresses show correctly on Apple and Google Maps but not on OnTrac OnRoute. Continuously have to have a secondary map open for delivery to correct addresses OnTrac will not allow to update if the app thinks its correct. I have several showing in indiana, Louisiana etc. and I deliver in the southwest portion of the U.S.A.
