## What is OnTrac |SMART Goal Platform?

The ONTrac digital content platform enables coaches and success partners to simplify goals into smaller, measurable tasks giving clients an easy-to-follow blueprint for success in areas of health, finances, time management and more!

With ONTrac, coaches can use the principles of SMART goals, to create a SMARTrac – a customized measurable and time-based action plan – and publish to clients through the ONTrac app. In turn, the app helps keep clients ONTrac towards reaching a specific goal via scheduled tasks and milestones that a coach can monitor in real time. The app’s intuitive design and personalized features keep users engaged and accountable ensuring a higher probability of achieving success. App users get calendar notifications and simple dashboards so they can easily see their progress over time building incremental steps and the positive affirmation to keep going!

1. DOWNLOAD THE ONTrac APP:
Sign up is simple and free. 

2. BROWSE OUR SMARTrac LIBRARY to find the right goal for you:
Coaches and success partners publish customizable SMARTracs to the ONTrac app.     Explore our SMARTrac Library in the app, find the right SMARTrac for you, and select “enroll” to get started.

3. REVIEW AND FOLLOW EACH SCHEDULED TASK to get you closer to your goal:
Each SMARTrac breaks down a goal into milestones to set up “small wins” and keep you motivated. The tasks required to achieve each milestone appear daily in the mobile app and can be scheduled automatically on your smartphone calendar.  You can even opt in for push notifications to proactively remind you of upcoming tasks.   

4. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS and stay ONTrac with an Accountability Partner: 
OnTrac captures your daily activities and provides simple dashboards for each SMARTrac task and milestone so you can easily track your progress towards reaching your goal. Additionally, coaches and accountability partners can use the ONTrac Accountability Partner Dashboard to also see how you are doing in real-time.
