I returned the bike back ……. 1 day later they are harassing that there’s some damage and asking for money. The bike received was already in a very bad condition, so had to return it. On top of that they are charging 1k extra for the damage we haven’t cause. Very rude behaviour of staff, won’t recommend to anyone ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2023-08-17, version 1.7.0* I rented a scooty for 1 month. And before booking vehicle on app, customer care people and store persons would talk to you nicely like you are blessed to come here. But if you have booked the vehicle then you don’t have any option other then renting the worst ever scooty and the store people will treat you like you have done some crime renting their vehicle. I had to go to store 5 time within a month and had to carry vehicle on foot multiple time because it doesn’t get started. And everytime i go to store, they will again treat you roughly and won’t even understand the problem you faced, Every time they will do some quick jugaad and make the vehicle work for 2-3 days. And on top of that, I went to return my vehicle within the working hours but store got closed early, I tried reaching to customer care, dropped mail just to ensure I came to return and if I can get any assistance but without any help , I had to come again early in the morning next day to return the vehicle skipping my office hours, but still they charged me the penalty for returning it on the next day. And their so called the customer support or 24 hours road side assistance never work. Really I tried reaching for road side assistance 10 times in a month but I was disappointed everytime. The worst ever rental service app. I warn you guys, never ever rent a vehicle from their service. Better to own your own vehicle then bagging these people ### 1/5 — Bad Service, No Refund for Helmet *2023-08-11, version 1.7.0* Booking Number: L23G082895 Vehicle Number: KA05AK3952 Pick up Date: 03/07/23 Returned Date: 29/07/23 Following are my issues: 1. The bike/scooty condition will be worst. 2. The iOS app is hell. Don’t work. 3. When you need any help while booking, they will quickly call you back for any issue. 4. Waiting time to pick up the 2-wheeler is more than the heavy traffic in Bangalore. 5. For helmet, they will charge ₹200/- per month and ₹800/- security deposit. Total: ₹1000/-. Though ₹800/- is refundable, you will never get the refund. 6. Saying the bike will be available. Today is my booking and I see they have canceled my booking on the app, the customer care doesn’t respond, the guy who called me doesn’t respond. Totally scamming people. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Renting for a month is scam *2025-09-10, version 8.12* Renting a bike from ontrack is nightmare basically they will ask you to pay for 30 days however they will provide you only 28 days which is absolutely wrong and also their customer support is good for nothing ### 1/5 — Giving one star as I cannot give negative *2025-06-14, version 8.11* Recently I took a Scooty for rent from this app and within 7 days one day the breaks of the scooty snapped while I was driving the vehicle which could have led to a very big accident hence I returned my Scooty due to the safety concerns and on the day of return the manager Anthony spoke to me in a very good tone telling that he will try his best to get me refund and solve my issues but it’s been 4 days I have No reply and also now from past two days the manager is not even answering my calls and now I am stuck in middle with my money stuck for which I paid 3800/- but used it only for like 7 days. The first payment was successful from the bank’s side, but the app didn’t confirm my booking. So, I paid again, and this time the booking was confirmed. However, I still haven't received a refund for the first payment. I've followed up with customer service multiple times over the past month, but no one is resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. The condition of the bikes is also terrible. They hardly have any vehicle in even starting condition. You are going to waste half the time calling rescue services for being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Even if you have to pay a bit more, you can save a lot of headache in choosing any other service. I had to go through a month in hell because of the these guys.
