Please how can l update my ontrak App?

Doesn’t enable check in too early before shift starts even if already arrived at work location.

Can only check in or out at a specific spot, try to do so few metres away & won’t allow so you have to walk around looking at metres on app go downwards to plotted position.

Company knows where you are throughout the day even in your own personal time, it tracks exactly by the metre & part of from your work location.
