4 Kasım tarihinde Onur Market’ten 6 bin TL’nin üzerinde alışveriş yaptım. Siparişimde 10 ürün iptal edildi, yanlış ürün gönderimleri oldu ve eksik ürünler geldi. Gelen hatalı ürünleri elden iade ettim; toplam 13 parça ürün, yaklaşık 2 bin TL tutarında.

Bugün 15 Kasım olmasına rağmen hem iptal edilen ürünlerimin ücreti hem de iade ettiğim ürünlerin hiçbir geri ödemesi yapılmadı.

Ayrıca bu durum yalnızca bir kerelik değil; Onur Market’ten yaptığım her alışverişte sürekli iptal, eksik ürün ve yanlış ürün gönderimi ile karşılaşıyorum.
