## What is Onus Legal?

Onus is case management built for personal-injury and litigation firms — and this is
the firm's entire workspace, in your pocket.

Sign in with the Microsoft account you already use at work. Everything stays in your
firm's Onus workspace, protected by your firm's own security policies. There is
nothing to configure on the phone.

THE CASE FILE, ANYWHERE
• Matters: the full case workspace — status, phase, team, activity, contacts,
  medical, insurance, and financial summaries
• Documents: browse the firm library, preview, share, and file photos or scans
  straight from the camera into the right folder
• Tasks and deadlines: your day at a glance, overdue first, one tap to complete
• Calendar: the firm docket by month, yours or everyone's
• Contacts: clients, providers, adjusters, opposing counsel — call or email in a tap

SPEAK, DON'T TYPE
• Voice notes: dictate a case note on the courthouse steps — Onus records it,
  transcribes it, and posts both to the case. Anyone on the matter can read the
  text or play the recording, on the phone or the web.
• Tag it as a phone call, @-mention a teammate to get their eyes on it, and edit
  your own notes anytime — every change is tracked.

RUN THE PRACTICE, NOT JUST THE CASE
• Leads: capture a prospective case at the scene, move it through the pipeline,
  screen for conflicts, and convert it to a matter — client contact included
• Referrals: track cases referred out and received, commissions, settlements,
  invoices, and payments
• New matters: open a case from the phone with the same guided setup as the web —
  folders, workflows, and statute-of-limitations deadlines created automatically

AN ASSISTANT YOU CAN TALK TO
Ask about your matters in plain English — typed, or completely hands-free: speak,
pause, and the answer is read back to you. The Onus Assistant reads only what you
are allowed to see, confirms before it changes anything, and never gives legal
advice.

SECURITY FIRST
• Your firm's Microsoft 365 sign-in (Entra ID) — conditional access and MFA apply
• Per-device access keys you can revoke at any time, from the app or the web
• Restricted matters stay restricted; every permission is enforced server-side
• Nothing sensitive is stored on the phone beyond an encrypted session
