### 2/5 — Doesn’t provide as much help anymore and rewards don’t work

*2026-07-13, version 4.32.0*

I was encouraged by my work organization to use and join. It used to be worth going to but now it stopped being helpful with no things to explore. Now it’s the same content with nothing engaging to make you want to come back. And worst of all it encourages you to earn points for rewards and when you try to redeem the ones you earned over months it gives a screen that never loads and you cannot redeem. False advertising/promise. I have tried to restart the app and load and redownload but still does not work to get rewards. I don’t recommend.

### 4/5 — Great

*2026-05-11, version 4.25.0*

This is a great ad. I’ve had it for quite a few years now at least six roughly. I wanna say I might be wrong but the only thing now is your latest update is when you do the breathing, you have to close the app altogether to get the next section

### 2/5 — All output without input

*2025-05-17, version 3.99.0*

Meaning it’s one sided speaking at you. Annoying.

### 4/5 — Making me reflect

*2025-03-22, version 3.95.0*

I sometimes think I going no where and doing nothing but going from chemos date to date. I look back and see wasted days and missed opportunities. NeuroFlow helps me see my wastefulness. It doesn’t help me, because I don’t feel like scheduling its activities too. But I am more aware, I can make changes. NeuroFlow makes me want to try to fill my days to fill my blesseth days with some joy with friends and family.

### 2/5 — Great, but needs improvements

*2025-03-15, version 3.95.0*

The app is great and provides a lot of great resources. The problem is that the app continuously quits on itself and gets very annoying as it crashes. There isn't a particular pattern of when it does this.

Regardless, stick with it and get rewarded with gift cards for using it

### 4/5 — It’s okay

*2025-02-09, version 3.93.1*

It’s okay. Some great information being shared. Has some glitches like the app closes after watching a video, video does not show as completed and have to watch multiple times, and would be ideal to have captions on all the videos.

### 3/5 — NeuroFlow app

*2024-12-24, version 3.90.0*

I don’t even know why I use this app. It literally hasn’t helped me at all. I have learned a thing or two but helping me it has not. There is an activity for today that I have to complete and it keeps telling me to log in to say I’m not a robot but doesn’t let me do anything to say I’m not a robot and my profile says I’m logged in. I don’t need this frustration today of all days.

### 5/5 — App doesn’t always work

*2024-12-15, version 3.89.0*

I’m getting very frustrated. Was trying to do my NeuroFlow exercises and when I go to save my journaling, it doesn’t work. I’m just gonna journal in my own journal from now on

### 4/5 — Rewards

*2024-12-10, version 3.89.0*

I find that I am very motivated by rewards. Finding at the end of 1000 points that I can no longer gather points this month decreased my motivation drastically.

### 5/5 — Patience

*2024-12-01, version 3.88.0*

NeuroFlow has introduced subjects as my mind began to comprehend the scope of my mental issues. It has helped me tremendously through patience as I was able to adept to the process. I am so grateful for the instructions, the request to journal my issues, the process of watching over my slow but steady progression, the suggestions. So thankful for the techniques used to help me in growing. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Staying on track

*2024-11-16, version 3.87.0*

### 5/5 — Enjoying the app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Adds stress

*2026-03-05, version 4.18.0*

The same survey each time I use the app. The app does not function properly, therefore I am not able to type in answers because keyboard doesn’t appear

### 1/5 — Adds stress

*2026-03-01, version 4.19.0*

The same survey each time I use the app. The app does not function properly, therefore I am not able to type in answers because keyboard doesn’t appear

### 1/5 — Buggy from Day 1

*2025-10-01, version 4.09.0*

This is Day one of the new Onward but the app is already with submit errors. Can’t do my daily stuff.

### 1/5 — New app doesn’t work

*2025-10-01, version 4.09.0*

It looks like I’m going to lose all my work I put in the last year again! This has happened three times since I’ve been doing this. My last loss was over 856 days!

### 1/5 — Insurance companies access to data (Prudential)

*2025-05-05, version 3.98.0*

If you're coming here from a referral from an insurance company (like prudential), you should read the privacy terms considering that they might be getting access to your health data as your "health care provider"

### 1/5 — Bad app for such an important need

*2025-03-15, version 3.95.0*

The app crashes constantly. Videos are extremely problematic. Right is I’ve watched the same one six times. Twice I’ve gotten stuck listening to Marvin Gaye and other smooth jazz because it gets stuck in YouTube and won’t exit. Other times it either crashes or won’t register as completed so I am unable to go to the next step. Items to be read are on regular printer paper size. Which means impossible to read on a phone for those of us over 50.

So far all this has done is significantly stressed me out more. Seriously doubt that’s considered a good outcome for a mental health app. Do better.

### 1/5 — Do better neuroflow

*2024-08-04, version 3.78.0*

Never in my life did I imagine that an app designed to help people care for their mental wellbeing would be the catalyst that sent me into one of the most intense panic attacks I’ve experienced in my life!

I gained access to this app through work. I thought I’d give it a try as I was looking for an app to help track my anxiety and maintain my mental wellbeing. I was completing a set of quick surveys the app recommended since this was my FIRST TIME using the app. I was very honest when taking them because I wanted to get the best recommendations and I was really excited to get started, especially because of the journaling aspect. I answer the one about my anxiety and go “ooh my anxiety is pretty high/intense, I should get some good recommendations.” which I did — some videos, journal prompts, meditations, etc. Then there was the survey about drug and alcohol use. Answered those truthfully — I don’t do drugs, have an occasional glass of wine maybe once a month. The questions that followed were a little alarming but not a problem for me to answer because I’m an occasional drinker, I don’t need a drink in the morning to get me through, I haven’t missed any work or neglected my responsibilities due to alcohol, I don’t have any problems with not knowing when to stop, haven’t woken up the next day and can’t remember the night before due to alcohol — so I think, that was weird but hey, I’m good. Didn’t think any more of it.

Then I got a notification that I had an activity to complete. So I open it only to be completely blindsided by a letter that says “Heeeyy sounds like you’re struggling with alcohol use, you might wanna get some help for that and see a counselor.” LIKE WHAT?!?!?! I thought I’d misread something so I read it again, and then again, and then again, and yep, I’d read it right. I was like but I only have a glass or two a month — A MONTH!! Not every day, or multiple times a day — literally ONE GLASS A MONTH — and that’s considered a problem… to the poi that I need to seek counseling??? Then I thought of my mom, who WAS an alcoholic and had flashbacks of what life was like then and I thought I’m nothing like her which was the tipping point for me because my mom’s no longer here and it sent me spiraling to have such a negative thought about her (she was a recovering alcoholic who’d quit all on her own because she didn’t want to be that way anymore) sending me into the worst panic attack I’ve ever had. Like I fully expected a letter like this for my anxiety because most of my answers there were on the high end, but nope. Instead I receive a letter saying that my one or two glasses of wine A MONTH is cause for me to seek alcohol counseling. LIKE HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE??? WHAT IN THE FORMULAS MAKES A GLASS OF WINE A MONTH ADD UP TO A RECOMMENDATION TO SEEK ALCOHOL COUNSELING???

I have never experienced anything like this with an app aimed to help. I don’t know what kind of programming was involved to bring about that conclusion, Neuroflow, you need to fix that. If someone in crisis sought help from this app and got that letter based on the answers I provided, it could result in something much worse than a panic attack. Y’all failed majorly here and need to do better by the people you claim to want to help.

I will be deleting this app and WILL NOT be recommending it to anyone. This was a HORRIBLE experience that never should’ve happened. DO BETTER NEUROFLOW!

### 1/5 — Journals won’t save

*2024-07-04, version 3.75.0*

I can not move further into my journeys if a journal is involved. No matter how much time I spend, or how many words I write, the journals aren’t saving. So I am not getting any points or able to get to the next video or reading. I have updated the app. Nothing is working.

July 4, 2024 Update:
I get emails and notifications to get my 50pt bonus for surveys and all I am awarded is 1-3 pts. Also- there are no ways now to earn points on journeys. Always says points expired. This app is not worth the hassle..

### 1/5 — :/

*2022-11-02, version 3.51.0*

videos wont even load…

### 1/5 — Technical difficulties on day 1

*2022-02-11, version 3.33.0*

Your stupid app froze up on my journal so I lost it all. I tried opening it up on safari and your website has a pop up to download the app that won’t go away. No x. This app is supposed to help my mental health and all I want to do is throw my phone against the wall. Thanks a lot.
