## What is OnWay Rider?

Drive with OnWay — Iraq's everything-delivered app.

OnWay Driver is the partner app for delivery drivers on OnWay. Accept delivery requests, navigate to pickups and drop-offs, track your earnings, and cash out — all from your phone.

Why drivers choose OnWay:

- Flexible hours — Go online when you want, take a break when you need to. You're in control.

- Transparent earnings — See your fare upfront, track your daily and weekly income, and watch your tips add up.

- Smart navigation — Step-by-step directions to pickup and drop-off, optimised for Iraqi cities.

- Steady stream of orders — Food, groceries, packages — keep busy across multiple categories of delivery.

- Fast payouts — Cash out your earnings on your schedule, paid in Iraqi dinar.

- Built-in support — In-app chat with our team if anything goes wrong on a trip.

- Built for Iraq — Live in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Basra, Mosul, Najaf, Karbala, Kirkuk, and Duhok, with new cities every month. Arabic and Kurdish support.

How it works:

1. Sign up with your details and vehicle info.
2. Upload your documents (ID, license, vehicle registration) for review.
3. Get approved — usually within 24-48 hours.
4. Go online and start accepting orders.
5. Earn and cash out.

Requirements:
- Valid Iraqi ID
- Driver's license (for car/motorcycle drivers)
- A motorcycle, car, or bike in good condition
- Smartphone with GPS

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.16 — 2026-10-19

SLA alert controls (city-level)
The app reads dashboard toggles for local SLA siren and critical alarm. Overdue re-rings (order:sla_realert / sla_breach) only sound when that city’s flags allow it — so ops can quiet or soften SLA alerts without a new app build.

Order chat
Riders can chat with the store on an order. Chat push notifications open the chat screen; accepted-orders UI has a chat entry.

Pre-order fee on the offer card
If an order has a company pre-order fee, it shows in the payment breakdown (customer total, not merchant).

Security / stability
Malware cleanup, CI gate, and restore of truncated Expo/Babel config so builds run cleanly again.
