An app for a watch needs to run in the background. **Developer response:** Hello, due to the limitations of the iOS system, the app cannot keep running in the background at all times. Re-open the app and wait for the connection to be successful. I’ve constantly informed them of the problems it has with all it’s so-called functions. The heart rate monitor hasn’t been consistent, it, doesn’t capture any activity unless you set it for a specific exercise, and I can go on and on. But why bother!!!! Don’t waste your money or time! All they want is access to your location and camera! I’ve sent them pictures of the constant issues. Call notifications work perfectly, but message and app notifications (like WhatsApp and Messenger) don’t appear on the watch. I’ve already checked all permissions, reinstalled the app, reconnected the watch, and updated the firmware. The same watch works flawlessly on Android. Please fix this iOS notification issue in the next update — the watch is great otherwise! ### 1/5 — This is going back to Amazon! *2025-04-13, version 1.5.2* No matter how many times I have tried.. this app just keeps repeating what’s needed for password numbers and letters and it refuses to move on!
