Information like access points, depth contours and species available are great. The 3-D mapping spectacular along with the satellite imagery. It is become my go to for any kind of fishing before I go fishing in Minnesota, five stars hands-down and for a year 35 bucks is not bad. Dan • April 18, 2025”. It’s been this way since 2025, so you can pretty much expect nothing new for well over a year, meaning probably longer. I initially signed up because my ford app told me I had a year free, unfortunately I didn’t notice that the app only supported a minuscule scale of the country (ESPECIALLY compared to other apps that do the same), but it was too late by the time I realized. Even if it wasn’t for free, the price and the incredible lack of support for some of the most fished places in the county “California, Oregon, Washington” is downright disrespectful almost. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share this—there’s a lot of fair feedback here. And the potential is amazing *2026-08-11* I’ve been a long time user of onX hunt and this app meets my expectations with tools and waypoints that any angler could ever want however, there’s a few things I’d like to see. Better contours for starters, this gives you a great starting point for offshore structure but is lacking in some details. I’d also like to see a water level offset, a few of the lakes I fish regularly can be 20-30 feet low at times. Then a depth highlight range would be a phenomenal tool to breakdown a lake a little faster! **Developer response:** Thanks for bringing your onX experience over to Fish!
