I have been with Onyx since the first quarter 2023, they have been very professional and add a personal touch with their customer service. I have participated in many services that are offered on the platform. I look forward to what the future holds. I have been with several banking institutions over the last 30 years and Onyx is in my top 3.

I never write reviews but I’ve tried so many cards on the market and this one is by far my favorite. Not only is the user experience and customer service incredible, but the actual offerings and concierge is *chefs kiss*. I’m very much looking forward to using this feature abroad.

I’ve been banking with Onyx since January this year. First came across it on an instagram ad and jumped in out of curiosity. Onyx is unreal. You get just nearly identical services and features to Amex and it’s absolutely amazing. I never make plans and always operate on spontaneity and was able to contact the concierge service for last minute events and they delivered! There’s too much to say in a single review without turning this into a novel, but I will say this is significantly better than traditional banking. Also, the metal debit card is v nice and heavy. I found myself using my Amex less given the better Cashback rewards & concierge service onyx has to offer. Onyx also offers wealth management services and I’m waiting for the credit card & real estate features to release as well. I’m slowly transitioning from my traditional banking to Onyx and I haven’t experienced a single issue in my 6 months of usage. 10/10 would recommend.

Onyx is a great app and very intuitive. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate. 

I also can’t say enough about the customer service. I’ve had an excellent experience with different people related to different questions. I’ve tried numerous Fintech companies over the past few years and the customer support with this one far exceeds the others and makes a huge difference in the overall experience of doing business with them. I’m glad there are still companies out there that value their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to provide assistance.

I recently started using Onyx, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with their services. As a modern private bank, they offer high rewards, a luxurious black card, and a range of investment products like T-bills.

Onyx also has a concierge service, which helps you book exclusive restaurants and experiences. This service is truly top-notch, and has helped me secure reservations at some of the most sought-after restaurants in town.

I was able to successfully migrate all of my banking needs to Onyx Private. They offer industry leading services coupled with an unparalleled concierge service. It really is an all-in-one banking app for all my savings, checking, and now investing needs. 

Just as important is service and security. Onyx has provided me with the utmost care in customer service and are up to date on all security standards I need.

Onyx has given me access to many financial tools that allow me to maximize my investments even when not invested and in my checking account.

The ease of use for accessing and moving funds helps with my lifestyle as I like to be flexible when I make investments.

The Onyx concierge app has been a godsend in making recommendations for restaurants and hard to make reservations. My friends are impressed when I am able to schedule dinners and vacations at ease.

Onyx really leveled up my financial lifestyle. It’s my all-in-one app for banking, spending (with awesome benefits), and investing in things that only the 1% had access to like real estate, treasuries or robo-advisory services. They hook you up with your own team of people who can help you manage your lifestyle including a relationship manager and a concierge who makes reservations and books things for you! I feel like I’m part of an elite club that’s way more exclusive than Amex Platinum.

This banking service is far above what I experienced with my chase private account- and feels like more than just a bank. I am able to cancel and create cards instantly. With chase,  I had to wait for one in the mail and had such difficulty on their website simply trying to find out how to cancel my card. I was on hold for one hour trying to speak to someone.
Onyx has great customer response times if you have any questions, and the user experience of sending and saving money on the platform is easy and very esthetically pleasing.
When I needed to find a Christmas gift for my husband, I submitted the request within the app and within 24 hours I had a detailed report with 6 great options. When I was in an unfamiliar area, they assembled a list of the best restaurants  and booked the reservation for me after I decided.

I am very happy with Onyx Private! Their banking and personalized investment services and products are amazing. I invested in Treasury Bills and it was super easy and safe. I also invested in a portfolio with the Robo-Advisory, which was super quick and helped choose my risk level. I get to see what kinds of stocks/bonds are invested. I also receive cashback all the time right away from making purchases. Their concierge service is super nice and they respond to me within two minutes, its super fast and convenient. I also love how I get a high-yield in my checking account so I earn free money from the interest. The app is super modern and nothing like any of my other banks. They are always adding new and amazing features. I also like how I can use the payment concierge to pay my bills. I have booked dining reservations with the concierge and I was able to get a table at a restaurant that same day I booked it. I also love the metal card it makes me feel fancy. I also love how I get priority pass lounges included with my membership so I can relax when I travel. There’s so many great things about this company!

This app had an updated today,  and is not working is keep crashing everytime it opens, also very disappointed not all features not working, but keep charging full membership, I don’t think if your product is not working you shouldn’t charge consumers for something that is not working at 100 percent

I was approved for Onyx and excited to begin using their services, only to be told the following day that my account was permanently closed with no recourse. I’m an UHNW individual with various other private banks, and the extremely poor experience I’ve had here would lead me to never recommend Onyx’s services to anyone. This is what you get from a FinTech that hides behind their partner bank. Anybody with actual needs for a private bank should seek out an actual private bank with a physical location and bankers than you can speak with rather than this sham operation.

All around terrible experiences with this pretend bank. The app is super wonky and the customer service is awful. In absolutely no way is this a private bank.

Hi there, With some amazing features you can do a lot! I discovered Onyx while looking for a new bank account while I was staying in the usa and a bank that gives benefits and some perks that people never known them I waited couple of months until I got approved, since then its history, I still have some issues with transffering money since its the first time I use ACH but the rest is amazing, Priority Pass, cashbacks and reimburse abroad if there are atm fees. There is a huge thing when it comes to banking, especially with benefits that cost a fortune. Onyx have it all with only 50$ a month as someone who fly a lot around the world Priority Pass helps me a lot, I can tell that Onyx got the best benefits, after I found Onyx, I want that Onyx will be the main bank in the future, I have the debit metal card and it’s gorgeous! Thank You Onyx, May I will always be your customer, in the usa and abroad! (i can pay my applecare+ in peace🥲)

Hi there, an Israeli guy is here. With some amazing features you can do a lot! I've been working with Bank of America for years and decided to try a new digital bank and couldn't be happier by choosing Onyx. Onyx banking experience is much better than BofA, i can make all transactions and investments in just one place and the concierge is fantastic. In addition, they have a top notch customer service, with fast and attentive response, much superior than any alleging branch service I had before

I have the premium membership via Onyx. They have always responded very quickly to all my questions and got me and my group into an exclusive wagyu restaurant in Japan on short notice! It was a great experience.  I loved when they had the debit card funding and hope they bring it back soon.
