That says a lot about the kind of business they are. Iman, the owner, is one of the biggest reasons this studio stands out. She's responsive, approachable, and genuinely invested in both her members and her staff. You can tell she cares deeply about building a strong community, not just running a business. The Lagree instructors are outstanding. Every class is challenging, intentional, and motivating. The cueing is excellent, the movement flows make sense, and the instructors do a great job offering modifications while still pushing you to get stronger. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, you leave feeling accomplished. I am a group fitness JUNKIE and postpartum this is the ONLY thing that has changed my body!! I feel and look better than I ever have since having kids. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment. It's rare to find a fitness studio that combines exceptional instruction with a true sense of community, but Onyx Menifee does exactly that. I'm grateful to have been here since the beginning and excited to see it continue to grow.
