The transfer was confirmed on the network and after 48 hours is not in the wallet in the app. Definitely very disappointing as an XCN follower holding large bags. They provide zero security, they literally sign you out and will not allow you to sign back in using the same credentials. Stealing your tokens! Beware. I have a small portion of ETH and lots of OnyxCoin currently stuck in the wallet unable to move. Crypto shows up as XCN but breakdown shows it as ETH. Tried to send back to Coinbase. App states I don’t have enough gas fees. Supposed to be gas free? App doesn’t connect to Onyx staking or UniSwap LP. Tried to email customer service. No response. No seed phrase so cannot restore wallet elsewhere. Seems like a scam to me.
