If you want a successful valet operation, i would stay far away from this app plain and simple. Zero stars ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not able to create account *2026-05-25* Was forced at a socccer match to pay for parking through this app. There is no way to create an account to pay so I guess I’ll just be taking the fine. ### 1/5 — App of 1 million issues *2025-11-29* Signed me out randomly multiple times a day will not save pictures at random, randomly fills in someone else’s information and you are unable to access pictures after a vehicle is delivered unless you have an admin account. There is pretty much no optimization for this app. ### 1/5 — Worse app *2025-11-28* I’ve been using this app for work and I can say it causes a lot of issues, like now, we have over 60 cars in the system but it’s not showing any of them. The app glitches out everyday, the reminders be the wrong number when you click on them. You can take 60 photos but it won’t upload NONE of them. I can go on and on and on literally. WORST APP EVER and the developers need to take hints and READ THEIR REVIEWS. ### 1/5 — Oobeo *2025-11-05* Crashing all the time get kicked out of app all the time doesn’t keep photos ### 1/5 — Incompetence in Full View *2025-08-31* This app somehow gets worse with each update and any complaints we make just fall on deaf ears. I’d give less stars if it were possible as a rating. Painfully slow, photos for damage disappear, “Remember me” feature for login works 5% of the time. The updates that rollout borderline feel malicious with how blatantly worse the app gets. Terrible. One word review: T-e-r-r-i-b-l-e. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever experienced *2024-02-28* Automatically logs you out after a couple days of signing in and loves charging customers even after putting in the right check out date. It’s also very glitchy. Simple & Easy to Use *2021-03-11* As far as valet & self parking tech is concerned this application is the cleanest and easiest to use in the market. We love it - our valets love it.
