Please kindly drop an email to support@oobit.com and we will assist you promptly. ### 1/5 — A SCAM platform they will steal your money. *2026-01-15, version 2.0.5* I set up this account and deposited money and begun spending after 2 days my account was suspended and I contacted support, after 8 hours they come back to me on their chat within the App and told me my account was “negative balance” and I needed to pay over 1500 USDT to this address 0xE73e987d6a55C17Bc58A0B92E9b4C09ec33a5B7E They said then they can continue to review my account. How can a debit card be in a negative balance furthermore I had not spent on anything over $100. It’s clear they have stolen my balance and are pursuing me for more money I do not know how Apple allow them to operate within the App Store. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-12-11, version 2.0.2* Garbage app. Signed up months ago and today was told my account was approved. Filled out their questionnaire correctly and my account got immediately banned before ever being used. Total and complete waste of time. Can easily name 5 other exchanges that offer similar services that actually work. If you enjoy wasting your time and giving sketchy apps your person information this is the app for you. The fact that I can link my MetaMask and pay directly from my wallet is the greatest solution to payment problems I’ve ever seen.
