Bought a ebook paid only to find out the inside content was from a totally different book. Tried to email and message them on instagram, couldn't find any phone number to call left felling disappointed with no response. What a waste of time and money!! beware to everyone out there do not buy anything from this untrusted company!

Please fix the issue of premium subscription as its not shown on my profile. End up i cant read all those books. Keep on showing to subscribe the premium but i already paid.

I am happy with the easiness to access the e-book. However, I'm disappointed to know that I cannot write any notes or highlight the words. As an e-book reader, who sometimes use it for study purposes, I highly request annotation features so my purchase is worth the price and reasons of using an e-book.

Please take this recommendation into consideration.

At first I thought it was the internet connection prob and the mag was not fully downloaded. Then I updated library. The mag pics still purple. I tried second alternative by deleting the mag that i purchased and restored. The mag pics still purple. Then I made 2nd purchase with other type of mag with Ookbee. The same problem still occurred - most pictures of the magazine are purple. I've subscribed few magazines through Magzter and never encountered such prob before.  Please solve this prob ookbee as soonest possible. Thanks.
