Il y a plusieurs réglages pour personnaliser les lumieres et l’horaire de la veilleuse. Huge range of colours to choose from which was helpful as my son only knew one colour when we first bought the Ooly so used that for his “can get out of bed” colour. Great to be able to set the timings for every nap & different days and not have to change it every time. The best is that this is controlled by the app so my son can’t change the time etc himself as with most other clocks. So I went looking for a light up stuffy and instead found the Ooly. I love that I can set colors to let my son know when it’s time for bed and to wake up. It’s super easy to setup and the app is intuitive. It is a helpful signal when to get ready for bed, and has made every morning a celebration for our 2.5 year old. He happily reports the moment that „owl is green, time to wake up!“ We love the material and that it is durable enough to snuggle in bed with him every night (which it does). It doesn’t keep him in bed in the early mornings, but it does allow us to explain why he should stay in bed (owl is red, stay in bed!) She knows what's expected of her at each colour transition. The ability to chose from a range of colours and dim the light to very low is awesome. App is super simple and allows some good flexibility when wanting to adapt the schedule. J’avais acheté une grow clock que je n’ai jamais été capable de faire fonctionner 😅 Je suis finalement tombé sur le Ooly et on l’aime beaucoup!! Très simple à utiliser et à comprendre pour les petits, ils peuvent même choisir les couleurs de lumière, ce qui les impliquent ++ dans le cheminement hihi ! Aussi, le service à la clientèle est extra, au début j’avais eu des problèmes avec la connexion et tout c’est réglé assez rapidement! Honnêtement je recommande ++++! Avec l’arrivée de bébé 2 prochainement, je vois d’un œil optimiste l’intégration d’une troisième couleur pour le jeu calme avant l’éveil en vue du partage de chambre. I am currently unable to use the Ooly because the configuration app will not allow me to create an account. The issue appears to be the password criteria but no combination of passwords has worked so far. I did try uninstalling/reinstalling the app, updating my phone to newest iOS, messaging the developer via contact form on their website. I expect I will love this as much as others do as soon as I can use it. Otherwise, I will sadly have to return since the device appears to be completely dependent on the app for setup and modifying the schedules. ### 1/5 — Great product….terrible app *2022-09-12, version 1.5* App is soooo frustrating, and not user friendly. Please fix ASAP. ### 3/5 — Great product but support is really awkward to use *2025-08-10, version 2.3.4* My little one loves the Ooly )(and so do I, because it’s wonderful not being woken up until Ooly is green!) but the app is very hit-and-miss, and when I tried to use the support, I found it really unhelpful. There have been a number of firmware updates in the couple of years since we’ve had the Ooly, but the app only gives an error message. Support told me the firmware must be up-to-date - but it isn’t, it’s a very old version because I’ve never managed to update it. The app consistently shows that there’s a firmware update but never lets me actually update the firmware! I don’t have it in me to try and deal with explaining the same thing over and over again to support, so I’m just using the Ooly as-is. Especially bc she can carry it to the bathroom with her at night. It is also travel friendly when staying at other places. Plus the app and light capabilities and functionalities are user friendly and intuitive. My 2 year old has been a good sleeper in her her cot in her own bedroom but recently prior to getting our Ooly, she had a random dream and wanting a light on. Even though our sound machine has a night light, I didn’t want it on since it might disrupt her sleep. We live in New Zealand and our go to baby store is Sleepstore. I was browsing for a night light and was going to purchase a more traditional night light/sleep trainer clock. But the more I read into the reviews, the more I was convinced it is best for us to invest in an Ooly. The convenience of an app, no blue light, a cute character she loves, she can cuddle to sleep and associate for sleep, great for travel, can grow with her, etc, it was no brainer for us to get the Ooly instead. I’m surprised you guys aren’t big and I wish more people know of your product. We love it very much, thank you for creating it. ### 5/5 — J’adore ! Celle-ci nous a parlé du produit en nous parlant des avantages (lumière rouge, rechargeable, contrôle à distance, etc.). Nous avions une Grow clock, mais notre fille (3 ans) avait tendance à jouer avec et la déprogrammer. En gros, nous sommes bien satisfaits de cet achat pour les avantages nommés plus haut et puisque notre fille a bien adhéré au changement une fois qu’on lui a expliqué le fonctionnement. The flexibility of being able to set as many timings and colours as I want is fantastic, and it’s fully portable, which is key. We’re not even using this for a toddler, my son is seven, but Ooly provides gentle reminders of the passage of time in the evening (I have it set to change colour every fifteen minutes between 7:30 and 8:45) without having recourse to the dreaded clock. Our 22-month-old was into the from day one and now gets genuinely excited when it comes on and cycles through the colours. I really think the owl character of the device (vs others on the market) is what immediately made him so into it! It’s helped make cleanup, stories, and bedtime far less chaotic, and we’re starting to use it to guide those early-morning wake ups. The app took a little time to figure out—maybe a few days before it felt intuitive—but it’s been worth it. It feels like it was built by people who understand toddlers, with practical options like limiting button presses so your kid can’t sit there toggling it endlessly. My only suggestion/ask is that I wish I could easily shift the entire bedtime routine easily, something we encounter often enough.
