The calls drop, calls are missed when trying to answer. The app caused my phone to freeze. I was unable to access my phone because this app is so horrible. Customer service is a joke. To get a problem corrected takes too many steps and too much time. I keep have technical problems that I just deal with because they take too long to resolve. The app constantly says “internet not connected” even when my connection is perfectly fine. Syncing is delayed, calls are unreliable, and the audio quality is terrible more often than not. For a business phone system, reliability should be the bare minimum. Instead, the app feels buggy, outdated, and inconsistent. Today, May 2026 has been the worst for nearly a month. The app has not been working on my phone saying that there is no network connection when it clearly I have 5G reception. Updated iOS updated app deleted and reinstall the app and every time to even try to login, it says no network connection. The worst service very hard to get out of. No functionality. They need to update the app asap. Currently not functional for newest iphone 17 pro max with iOS 26.4 ### 1/5 — Worst Connection Ever *2026-03-17, version 7.2.4* Literally drops calls constantly and will constantly say there’s no Internet so I can’t check previous call logs or make calls or take calls on a daily basis. ### 1/5 — WORST PHONE SERVICE *2026-03-04, version 7.2.4* We’ve been using it for 1 year and it’s been the worst company we have every used and we have used many VOIP phone systems, I wish I was joking when I say this, 1 out of every 2-3 calls drops, which is ridiculous, like honestly ridiculous, and NO we are not on the road and yes our WiFi connection is solid, the app crashes everyday and this is expriced across my team, which is made up of about 7 people, we also got OMMA at another location and at that location OMMA won’t work on the WiFi, like this Company is a joke, they only keep call recording for 90 days unlike other companies that keep them for a year, and if you have the call on speaker and another call comes in it will quiet the current call your on as in remove from speaker and you have to put your ear up to it.
