The total of all of my items were $60. And the more I waited, the higher it got. So I ended up paying $70 for my things. And then I just got notified that I would have to pay OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS just for my packages to ship to my city. Absolutely not. And they don’t refund you the full amount either. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-08-13* Honestly this service is a scam. They take days to purchase your order when on Sugargoo they do it within the hour. Another thing is that if you want to cancel an order (before it has been shipped) they only refund you PARTIALLY. Because they are charged by PayPal or other third party platforms. And they then blame the currency exchange and the fees. Honestly don’t waste your time with these people and use Sugargoo, they are WAY better than this slob ### 1/5 — This agent is garbage save your money *2026-08-12* After I submitted my package I realized the shipping cost was really high so I checked and they did not package it right and they got the shipping cost wrong. They lost part of my items and then they had the audacity to make me pay an extra $15 to to fix their shipping cost mistake. All their shipping lines are insanely expensive and somehow my package went from weighing 600g to 1000g! I received a message later to create a package and was asked to pay a second shipping fee which was not declared that was several times the value of goods ordered. I had an item turn up at their warehouse only to be told they can’t ship it to me and that they were automatically sending it back to the sender for a refund of less than 1/4 of the price i paid for the item (which can only be spent on their site). If the item couldn’t be sent to my country then they should have told me before payment. This means it looks like a scam. Their help was not very helpful and they’re not interested in refunding any money but will offer you a small amount if you decide you don’t want the item that can only be spent on their site. If you don’t do this within a certain small window then they say you’ll be charged a warehouse fee but offer you no way of cancelling it.
