I received a message later to create a package and was asked to pay a second shipping fee which was not declared that was several times the value of goods ordered. I had an item turn up at their warehouse only to be told they can’t ship it to me and that they were automatically sending it back to the sender for a refund of less than 1/4 of the price i paid for the item (which can only be spent on their site). If the item couldn’t be sent to my country then they should have told me before payment. This means it looks like a scam. Their help was not very helpful and they’re not interested in refunding any money but will offer you a small amount if you decide you don’t want the item that can only be spent on their site. If you don’t do this within a certain small window then they say you’ll be charged a warehouse fee but offer you no way of cancelling it.
