It was perfect for keeping track of when my fiancé and I would Venmo each other for stuff since my normal bank accounts don’t track the categories from Venmo. Over the past couple months there’s been a few times where it stopped logging my purchases, but relinking my bank account always fixed it. However, as of September 2024, the app completely stopped working. When I clicked on it, all I got a was a loading screen. I tried signing out - didn’t work, I tried deleting the app and redownloading it - didn’t work. It asks me to put in my phone number and just doesn’t do anything. Based on the reviews, I’m not the only one so don’t waste your time downloading this. ### 1/5 — Non-functional, support non-responsive *2024-09-27, version 06.26.24* DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I used Oops for about a year and loved it so much that I purchased an annual subscription for $40. However, since August 2024, the app has become completely non-functional (as reflected in many recent reviews). I can't log in, and on the rare occasions when I do, the app crashes and is unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact support via phone and email, I have received no response. They launched their paid subscription in summer 2024, but shortly after, they seem to have abandoned both maintenance and customer support for the app, making this feel like a clear money grab. I’m extremely disappointed, as I am unable to get a refund for the subscription, and on top of that, I’ve lost all my historical financial data that I had logged in the app. ### 4/5 — Amazing! *2024-09-19, version 06.26.24* Simplest way to budget and categorize your spending. Being able to visually see that I’m spending the way I am has really helped me dial back unnecessary expenses and I’m really happy that this app exists. The app is so simple and I really like the interface. On top of this, they’re always updating the app. My favorite part of it is that it’s free, there aren’t lots of apps that have that as a part of it. I like the pro addition, however I think that it’s pretty expensive and I’m at school so I can’t afford it. I think this app could be like Facebook, it has social feature, but oops is first app combining social and financial, the founder just like financial Zuckerberg. A solid 5 stars from me! ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-10-23* This app shows so well of how i spend my money. the folders to choose from are very organized and there’s the option to exclude transactions which is helpful since i transfer money between the two bank accounts i have on there.
