After using the app for so many years,(because there is no other option), it is frustrating that we have to say ooredoo is not designed and programmed to help their customers. with these fancy names on the app and so much PR activities, still lack efficiency in attending to simple customer queries. They activate the package and you cannot even trace your last payment even though there is a feature to click view payment history. It doesn’t show anything even if we recharge using the app. Automatically deducts and then there’s no proof to show that.
