I went through the process of registering my details and stupidity me I forgot my password. I hit the link so OOSHMAN can reset my password but never heard from them at all. Their dedication to their customers is appalling. Yes I can order as a quest but it doesn’t store my history or my details. I have requested a password reset but to date nothing!! Pathetic!!

It is such a buggy app, putting in vouchers gives server error, tracking delivery status leads you to a page with a 500 error. These are bare minimum functionalities that should work…

The app crashes when I try to create an account

When app first updated made sure the saved address was correct. Now when I go to use the app it has an address I haven’t lived at for 2 years as an option three times and my saved address is not N option. 
Previous orders displays order from 4 years ago first, have to navigate through pages to find my most recent order. More likely to want to re-order what I had last week than 4 years ago, especially since the deals from 4 years ago are not available now.

I know this is an app for small local pizzeria, but still.
I decided to order online and started to create an account and on the step of me typing in the confirmation code from messages, it crashed. Now from the app perspective, the only point of time you will enter confirmation code is the sign up screen. But app is crashed and I can’t progress with an old account cause app is not asking me for confirmation code and I can’t use the same email cause “It’s already in use” and I can’t login because “Account is not yet activated”.
From the app point of view there is no ability for me to use this account. Not pleasant experience at all.
