## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not what I expected

*2024-03-12, version 1.0.3*

You forget to mention anywhere $20 to ‘hire’ a stylist. I thought by the advertisements it was another fashion app similar to the original Combyn app where people come together to put together outfits for each other as a hobby. Because they find it fun. Not as a side hustle to earn extra money.

Disappointed as I was looking forward to this.

### 2/5 — Trouble subscribing

*2024-03-11*

The app works well until you try to subscribe. I’ve been trying to subscribe to No avail.

### 3/5 — Unable to Subscribe

*2024-03-13*

Decent app and has great potential, but all my info was submitted and accepted yet I’m stuck not being able to actually subscribe and upgrade my plan to actually fully check out the app and try it out.

**Developer response:** Dear Jeremlee,Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the Apple iOS bug affecting subscriptions. We're pleased to inform you that our latest update, version 1.1.0, has been accepted by Apple and will resolve this issue. It will be available to the public shortly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience.

### 4/5 — This App is 4 Stars - And let me tell you why.

*2024-03-08*

Overall, this app can be used as free to use app with only a few limitations, which I find better than having to pay for smaller features.

This app is a bit complicated, and time consuming to upload certain projects.

If you are uploading from certain websites and you copy links, you will have to go behind the http and deleted and texts (words). But this isn’t this apps fault, simply just the website your using for the link.

One thing that I do think would be a good recommendation is to make the assistant role available to more countries.
Also, I think a feature where you can use a decimal in the price section would be nice, so that way people can see the exact price and decide from there.

But for me, I really think this app is okay for more advanced people, but to be honest, I don’t really think people are going to spend much money up here.

It’s a great app though, I hope you check it out!

**Developer response:** Dear Shiyoun,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our app. We appreciate your insightful feedback and are pleased to hear that you find value in our free-to-use model. We understand your concerns regarding the complexity of certain tasks and the limitations imposed by external websites. We'll continue to strive for user-friendly experiences while navigating these challenges.

Your suggestions regarding expanding assistant roles and implementing decimal functionality in pricing are duly noted. We're always looking for ways to improve and enhance our app's features, and your input is invaluable in this process.

We're glad to hear you find our app useful for more advanced users, and we hope that with ongoing improvements, it can cater to a broader audience. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to continuing to serve you.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2024-07-08*

So so so much

### 5/5 — I love this!

*2024-03-27, version 1.1.1*

I love that I don’t need to go find my look myself now. Getting links to my favourite items make my life so much easier. Plus, the stylists are super talented
