I like how it shows around the activities all in one place with a good deal. Unfortunately some activities are sold out anf most of restaurants deals are sold out too but the one issue that you can’t filter out available or sold out deals. Looking forward to seeing improvements on app technical issues as I believe if the creators puts more efforts into app tech developments, Ootlah app will out exceeds top ranking apps among GCC areas. Keep it up. ### 1/5 — Double check before u book *2026-06-15, version 4.3.6* This was my first time using Ootlah, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I purchased two tickets through the app for OliOli, but when I arrived, the venue was unable to verify my booking. The staff were not familiar with the app, and I was left waiting while they tried to figure out the issue. To make matters worse, the app only provided one ticket (the toddler ticket), even though I had purchased two tickets. As a result, I had to pay again for the second ticket at the venue. The situation was stressful and embarrassing, and I felt like I had to prove that I had made a legitimate booking. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a frustrating experience.
