This definitely isn’t the experience I want you to have. If you could send me a photo of the card (or let me know which card it was) using the in-app feedback option or by email, I’d be happy to investigate and improve the recognition. Every report helps make the scanner more accurate for everyone. I appreciate you giving Beli a try, and I hope you’ll consider updating your review once we’ve resolved the issue. ### 1/5 — Love the idea but needs work *2026-06-26* Wish it actually worked. Doesn’t pick the correct card in all my attempts. 😭 **Developer response:** Hi, I am so sorry to hear it isn't working for you! I’ve put a lot of effort into the scanning feature and tested it a lot with bunch of different cards. I’d love to take a closer look and get this sorted out for you right away! ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-05-08* This will not scan a Koby manga eb04. Does this not scan Japanese cards? 🤡🤡🤡🤡😂😂😂 **Developer response:** It scans JP cards just fine! Make sure you’ve toggled the Globe button in the scanner first. Manga cards can also be tricky with lighting because of the foil, so try adjusting your lamp or angle. Give it another shot! ### 2/5 — App is not working *2026-05-19* When you try to add cards from set > any booster box collection. As soon as you click on any one of the box app hangs up. **Developer response:** Hi Rounin96, I'm really sorry about this. That's a frustrating experience and I want to fix it. I haven't been able to reproduce the hang on my end, so I'm a bit stuck without more info. If you have a minute, could you tap Settings → Contact Us in the app? It sends me your device details automatically, and a quick note from you about which booster pack you tapped would help me get to the bottom of it. Thank you for the patience, I'll get this sorted as soon as I hear from you. ### 2/5 — Tcg *2026-05-09* Having issues recognizing my card? **Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble! For the best results, make sure the card is aligned squarely inside the on-screen rectangle and that your lighting is good (avoiding direct glare on the card). If it’s still not picking it up, please reach out via the 'Support' link in the app so we can look into it for you! ### 3/5 — Pay to scan more cards *2026-06-10* They make it only 3 scans every 4 hours make it unlimited. ### 5/5 — A must have app *2026-07-18* 5 out of 5 stars ### 5/5 — One of the best I’ve used thus far *2026-05-15* I will start off by saying I have a lot of One Piece cards. Like, tens of thousands. I have tried a number of apps, and this one has been the best. It makes scanning efficient and bulk editing extremely easy. It is much easier than apps such as price charting or tcg player. The only feature I wish was included was to filter by card type, color, cost, power, etc. I scanned about 300 cards, not once did it make a mistake when I was scanning, which I appreciate given the large amount of cards in my collection. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who wants to inventory their collection **Developer response:** Thanks for the 5 stars! I'm so glad the scanner has been accurate for your collection so far. Your idea to add filters for card color, cost, power, etc., is a great suggestion. I'll definitely look into adding this.
