But they should have fixed the clear manufacturing defects of the physical product before shipping it, and not having done so, at least publicly acknowledged the error in order to be accountable in some way. Sometimes I just want to see my tempo or configure an lfo. This hasn’t been fixed after years of using it. I hope this can be fixed soon. My issue is the same as others as I can’t keep a constant Bluetooth connection on my phone in order to use the device properly. It’s sad as part of the appeal of the OP-Z for me was the ability to use the app in unison with the device. I’m hoping to update my review as soon as things get fixed. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2020-12-01, version 1.2.12* Come on TE, this is such an important part of this $600 synth I bought from you :/ ### 1/5 — Bluetooth in iPadOS14.2 disconnects *2020-11-21, version 1.2.12* I have two iPads Pro, the first one 9.6 and the latest one 12.9. I am having the same problem with my OP-Z - blue led appears, OP-Z is found but when you press connect it immediately turns green then red and voila, you’re disconnected. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but the situation is the same. I’ve read some people reporting the same thing, but so far no help from Teeenage Engineering. Occasionally after successfully connecting app displays OP-Z battery but will not respond to any input beyond that. Update: I bought an adapter to plug the op-a straight into the phone and get around the Bluetooth issue. Now the app just crashes every time I open it.
