## What is op1 lfo hero?

op-1 field is perfect.... almost. it needs more lfos.

op1 lfo hero uses midi magic to create custom lfos, modulating parameters to the beat of your music (or not). pick a thingy to lfo — volume, pan, mute, fx, more exciting words — pick a curve and speed, and let your ears enjoy. make music fun.

that's about it. it's mildly fantastic, just like your face.

stuff it does:
· creates external lfos for all tracks and the master bus
· plus some things op1 doesn't give a way to control without external help ....
· did you know you can make a tempo lfo? now you do
· you can even create lfos for lfos. it's lfos all the way down!
· a satisfying number of curves
· sync to the beat or free time (just like op1 speed)
· loop, one-shot, invert.... and more terms that only audio nerds care about
· tempo modes: midi sync (app sends clock) & beat sync (op1 sends clock)
· midi connections over usb-c or bluetooth (ble)

stuff it doesn't do:
· include an op-1 field - consider it a $2000 upgrade to this app!
· save any files
· explain the magic of midi or what "lfo" means
· create sound, record audio, generate melodies, or do anything else remotely useful without an op1 attached
· pick the waveform for you — choose your own adventure, bruh
· fix your timing or inability to carry a tune
· your laundry

· teenage engineering op-1 field — incompatible with the original, until proven otherwise
· iPhone or iPad — iOS 17.6+
· apple silicon mac — macOS 11 big sur or later
· usb-c or bluetooth ble for midi connections
