Play then passes to the next player. Stacking Rule: +2 wild & +4 power cards can be played on top of each other to increase the penalty for the next player. Be careful - you may not play a +2 on a +4. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round. The game ends when a player reaches a set score.
